Meet Coach Sergio · OLA

Movement should adapt to the person. Not the other way around.

Sergio starts with a simple idea: first we understand the person, their context, and their starting point. Then we choose the movement and build a progression that makes sense.

His approach

First we understand the person. Then we choose the movement.

An exercise program only has value when it can adapt to the abilities, needs, learning style, and real-world context of the person doing it.

Sergio's experience working with children, including autistic children, led him to turn this approach into practical tools for families. OLA was created to take that philosophy beyond a single session.

01

Observe before asking more

Understand what the person can do today and what supports they need to participate safely.

02

Adapt without losing the purpose

Modify the task, environment, or complexity while keeping a clear purpose behind the movement.

03

Progress with purpose

Move forward when there is control, understanding, and confidence, not simply because it is time to change exercises.

The OLA philosophy

Training is not the end goal. Living better is the reason.

At OLA, we measure the value of training by the capabilities it helps build: moving, playing, exploring, getting up, balancing, coordinating, and participating in everyday life with greater confidence.

From experience to OLA

Turning a way of supporting people into a path more families can use.

OLA turns that way of working into clear, visual, progressive programs. The goal is not to impose one way of moving, but to offer a starting point and criteria that help people adjust, practice, and progress.
